Before You Submit to Splinter Studio

Splinter Studio is a human-reviewed content repurposing service for long-form videos, streams, podcasts, articles, newsletters, and tutorials. This page explains what to send, what you receive, and what is not included yet so beta submissions are strong from the start.

What Splinter Studio Does

It turns one long-form source into usable publishing assets.

Repurposes content

Splinter Studio analyzes the source material you provide and turns it into short-form ideas, written assets, hooks, captions, summaries, and platform-specific copy.

Preserves meaning

The goal is not generic AI copy. The service keeps the original meaning intact, flags unclear claims, and prefers practical, usable output over filler.

Supports multiple source types

You can submit YouTube videos, podcasts, livestreams, webinars, tutorials, articles, newsletters, blog posts, and similar long-form source material.

What You Need To Provide

Strong inputs produce strong outputs.

Required source material

  • Paste article text, transcript, notes, or source material.
  • A link alone is not enough yet.
  • Include a clear content title or working title.
  • Include your package choice, priorities, and target platforms.

Video and podcast guidance

  • For YouTube, video, podcast, stream, and webinar orders, pasted transcripts are required for best results.
  • Timestamps are best but not mandatory.
  • If no timestamps are provided, clip ideas may be conceptual rather than frame-accurate edit points.

Article and newsletter guidance

  • Paste the full article, newsletter, blog post, or webpage text.
  • This reduces hallucinated details and helps preserve nuance, examples, and claims.
  • If the piece is partial, say what portion should be treated as the source of truth.

Beta Expectations

Expect a guided service, not instant automation.

Human review stays in the loop

Every delivery is reviewed before it is sent. This beta is designed to favor quality control over speed.

Clarification may be required

If the source material is thin, unclear, or missing, Splinter Studio may pause the order and ask for clarification before production continues.

Feedback helps shape the product

Beta customers may be asked for feedback after delivery so the workflow, instructions, and output can improve quickly.

Revision / Feedback Policy

Small corrections are reasonable. Scope changes are separate work.

One small revision or feedback pass may be included during beta. Major scope changes may require a new order. Missing source material is not treated as a revision request. Package upgrades or major expansions are handled separately.

How Delivery Works

The current beta uses manual checks for payment, review, and final send.

  1. 01Submit the Google Form with pasted source text and your package details.
  2. 02Payment verification is manual in this beta. The order may wait until payment is confirmed or manually waived.
  3. 03If intake details are incomplete, Splinter Studio may request clarification before production begins.
  4. 04The production pipeline prepares the delivery, then a human review happens before approval.
  5. 05Once approved, the final delivery is sent manually to the customer.
